Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For Garnish:
- Lemon wedges
- Extra chopped parsley
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pry the shell apart and pull the lobster meat out slightly, resting it on top of the shell.
3️⃣ Make the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Brush the Lobster Tails: Generously brush the garlic herb butter over the lobster meat, ensuring it’s well coated.
5️⃣ Bake: Place the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
6️⃣ Broil (Optional): For a golden finish, broil the lobster tails for 1-2 minutes after baking, watching closely to prevent burning.
7️⃣ Serve: Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
