- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 2 tablespoons sliced olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well with a fork. Make a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead quickly for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Divide into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a 4-5 inch circle.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone inside if you have one.
- Place dough rounds on parchment, brush each with olive oil, and spread pizza sauce, mozzarella, and toppings.
- Slide pizzas onto the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
