Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well with a fork. Make a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead quickly for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Divide into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a 4-5 inch circle.
  3. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone inside if you have one.
  4. Place dough rounds on parchment, brush each with olive oil, and spread pizza sauce, mozzarella, and toppings.
  5. Slide pizzas onto the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
